Samurai Blaze was started in 2016 as a smoking accessory brand sold exclusively on Amazon. Now we design, manufacture and sell our high-end smoking accessories as well as products from reputable brands. Our partnerships around the globe have allowed us to offer authentic products for the lowest price. We do not sell cheap products, we sell the best products for cheap!
Samurai Blaze ships from 4 main locations in Texas, Florida, New Jersey and Wisconsin. Each location stores different inventory, so some orders may be shipped from more than 1 location. We do not ship rom any location outside of the USA.
As of now, we ship to all North America, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. We are working on finding an economical solution to shipping worldwide.
Our standard processing time is 1-2 business (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST) days before it ships. We do our best to ship the following day, but due to order cue and postal holiday schedules, orders may take longer to ship.

Don’t worry, we will take care of it. Unfortunately, this is a common problem with shipping anything, especially glass. We check each piece before they’re packaged, but sometimes they will get damaged during transit. Shoot us an email with a photo of the box and damage; we will take it from there. Our shipping team will review the claim and replace or refund the transaction.
